It aims to connect young believers and equip them to share their faith. This year it was held in Budapest with 115 or so young adults in attendance. Events featured Bible teaching, exploring the Jewish roots of the faith, visiting historical sites in Budapest and discussing the Messianic movement.
Muchan means “ready” in Hebrew, and we are ready to move forward as a generation of global Messianic young adults who love the Lord, stand up for Jewish life and Israel, and want to tell others of Jesus, our Messiah!
Our CPM UK Church caller David Kalili attended Muchan for the first time and came back with this report:
‘Muchan brought together around 100 young believers from around the world, and as a Jewish believer, it was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. It took place in Budapest and I have never felt more connected or hopeful, especially as I realised there are far more Messianic Jews within my generation than I had ever imagined. Seeing and meeting so many young Jewish believers walking faithfully with Yeshua was deeply encouraging and reaffirming.
The fellowship, worship, and time spent together were an absolute blessing to me. There was a strong sense of unity, joy, and shared purpose throughout the conference, and it created a space where faith could be strengthened both personally and communally. Experiencing the growth of the Lord’s Kingdom in such a tangible way has made the work I do feel even more meaningful, knowing first hand that God is actively moving among the next generation.
Please pray for continued outreach to younger generations, that they would learn more about the Jewish roots of the Christian faith and grow in a deeper love and understanding of Yeshua and the Jewish people. My prayer is that more young believers would come to see how we are all connected as one body under His light and His love’.
